Will never stay there again

Liked: The location
Disliked: The bed was hard the pillows were hard the noise at 6am from the construction site next door

Very convenient, very friendly and...

Liked: Staff, location, double glazing which work really well. As soon as I discovered any problems (see below) they were fixed by the end of the day.
Disliked: Some light bulbs needed replacing, the ironing board was broken, one curtain had been pulled off the rail.

Disliked: Soap dispenser in shower empty, room smelt when we got there. Had to leave open for a while to get fresh air in. Breakfast on weekend start at 8am. Was too late
