Would absolutely stay again

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room did not have carpet-a definite plus for people with allergies
Disliked: Furniture was a little worn in accessible room, probably from wheelchair abrasion when moving around.

Nice stay

Liked: The commumicaton with the staff was great. We had a little mix-up with them and booking.com, but they were able to fix it quickly. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Liked: coffee was good rooms were very clean
Disliked: staff was not friendly when we arrived nor when we left. The room was warm when we entered. we went to turn on the air conditioner and a couple of buttons were cracked and could not figure out their purpose. Some cool air was blowing but then stopped and started blowing warm air. my husband said maybe it's a controlled setting, and will cool down the room when it hits a certain temperature. we went to bed but the temperature did not change. the room was so hot and uncomfortable. we opened the window hoping outside air would help but we just added another issue to our discomfort and the noise from the train going by. Now we know why there were earplugs by the side of the bed. food was cold and other containers such as bread and muffins were empty we waited for the staff to refill the containers, and by the time we ate, the food was icy.

Liked: The breakfast was good there was a lot of choices you could have grab and go or you can eat a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage biscuits and gravy it was definitely exceeding to my expectations I would definitely stay there again
Disliked: I think the only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the water pressure although the shower felt really good the water pressure was it strong but it was very hot it was nice and steady it just wasn't a strong water pressure and the pool wasn't open

Disliked: Water pressure in shower wasn’t good and it went from super cold to super warm with a slight touch. Also the walls must’ve been really thin and I could barely sleep and even in the morning when I tried to nap they must’ve had workers in the room above us because it sounded like they were dragging stuff across the floor

Liked: I appreciate the ambience and environment. I love the music playing in the lobby when I'm at the front desk and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that the complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of choices. Altho I didn't take advantage of it, I like that there's a gym. Next time I'm there I will be using it. I like the location, it's easy to get to from the freeway.
Disliked: I don't know. I was very happy there.
