Liked: I like how friendly everyone is.
Disliked: last time we came the elevators were down. The Staircase smelled really bad. This time the pool was messed up and we have to go to the other hotel. which was a big inconvenience.

Disliked: Very dirty. Looked as if it never has been vacuumed. Hole in the wall in the hallway from busted pipe that left the carpet all wet. Faucet in the room leaked causing the bathroom floor to be wet at all times.

Disliked: Elevator was broken, so starting on the 3rd floor was a chore. Also it seemed as though they had a major leak in the first floor hallway, the wall was warped and carpet was soaked.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I selected this hotel to stay in for my daughter's birthday because the pool hours listed on the booking.com site stated that it was open from 6am-12am. Upon arrival the pool hours were posted as 9am-9pm however, the staff did accommodate and allow us to stay in the pool until 11pm. We were unable to use it the following morning though due to our early departure and the pool not opening until 9am. Again the pool hours were the reason for selecting this hotel and I don't really feel like I got my money's worth out of the pool itself.
