Disliked: Me and my family stayed on the first floor, and they allowed guest staying drinking and watch loud TV until almost 11 pm. My son had an early soccer game.

Disliked: i asked the staff could i cancel my second night right after i paided for it because it was storming and the event gotten cancel, they acted like they didn't no or didn't even attempt to try and see if i could cancel wasted money because i checked out that Saturday at 12:00pm didn't even stay at the room Saturday money gone to waste

Disappointing
Liked: breakfast was fine and my very first stay was fine...but the second I had some issues.
Disliked: The first stay was fine but the second time I booked a hotel here I found a dead bed bug in the bed. I took pictures and google identified that it was a bed bug based on the picture I took. The staff tried to tell me that it could be from a previous guest and then tried to tell me that it wasn't actually a bed bug. I've dealt with bed bugs before and I have fumigated everything so I know it's not me and I know exactly what they look like. My girlfriend has bites and we are worried about being infected. Do hotels not think that there should be secondary compensation given the potential damages and cost?? Was there no concern of how expensive of a mistake it could be for a guest to have bed bugs due to the fact that your rooms weren't properly checked and cleaned after a guest checks out? I've seen other reviews on google from even 5 months ago. Shouldn't you fumigate more than just the room just to make sure that all the bugs are dead?? fumigation, moving, cleaning all the clothes/furniture can be an extremely stressful experience for people having to deal with an infestation and all that was offered was that it wasn't possibly a bed bug but that y'all can move me to another room. like Yes obviously move me but dang is there no immediate public health concern?? Also, why is a staff member asking me where I'm from?? Like my ethnicity has any effect on the situation?? I felt bothered by that. I gave him a look and said I'm from California to which he proceed to ask where my parents are from like it was going to change or fix the situation. I'm quite disappointed with my most recent stay these past 2 days.
