Liked: The location of the property was great. Some things looked tired in the room. I wish you had sent me this review like right after my stay and not a month and a half after my stay so I could’ve told you specifically what was wrong.
Disliked: There were noisy guests running up and down the hall at 1 AM and when I tried to call the front desk, no one would answer the phone. I was finally able to get a hold of somebody after being woke up for the third time at 2:30 in the morning to complain about the noise. The noise continued until about 4:30 in the morning when I called again. When I said something at the front desk when I was checking out, the guest service representative said they would check videos to see who was causing all the noise. But did not offer any sort of compensation or anything for the disturbance that happened. Reason I was calling at 1 AM was because someone had actually tried to enter my room or slammed into my room the door and woke me up. I sleep very deep and for me to get woke up. It was a hard hit on the door. And then the constant running up and down the hallway and them smacking doors and walls was ridiculous.
