Functional hotel, good location and...

Liked: Spacious room, good location.
Disliked: A bit dated in places.No indication in the room of internet password. Discovered it in booking confirmation email which was a month prior.Would have been good to have something in the room indicating it. Went to office and had closed up, asked another person staying and they didn’t know but they eventually found it and let us know.

Horrible manager makes false accusations

Disliked: The false accusations from staff and them stealing 159 from me and refusing to return so it's gone to the ACCC, ombudsman and google review.
