Disliked: This was the worst experience at a hotel we have ever had. My daughter (along with other children) went swimming in the pool for less then 2 hours. when they got out their hair was completely fried and damaged as well as discolored and falling out in chunks. They have blistered chemical burns all over their body's. The hotel staff could care less. Manager Tom specifically told us it was no big deal and to just put Aloe on it. They waited for hours to even close the pool. The staff refused to provide us with any information on what chemicals were in the pool. The "log" that they did find said the pool had not been checked in weeks. The general manager would not even answer the phone for her own employees and when she did answer she said it will take 2-3 weeks before they can get this sorted out. she said that is all she can do. To make it worse... there was cockroaches all over our room. When I took a dead one down to manager Tom he pulled raid out from under the desk and said yep that's a roach. want me to come spray? very casual like it happens all the time. Again refused to do anything. I would absolutely not recommend staying at this hotel!
