Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Room didn’t seem very clean. Random wet carpet spots all over room. Trash and hair on bathroom floor. Bed sheets/comforter didn’t seem very clean. Breakfast ran out of food with more than an hour left.

Liked: It was a generally clean parking lot, lobby, and hotel
Disliked: Our bathroom was very broken: the doorstop was completely gone, the doorhandle had a broken spot on the door, the shower pressure was also poor. The room itself was mostly okay, but there was no safe. The corner of the room’s ceiling was curling back. Also, our room keys reset ALMOST EVERY TIME WE LEFT THE ROOM. Finally, the fact that the building is right on the time line is quite confusing at times. Our microwave was Central Time, but our alarms clock right across the room were Ferdinand time.I’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn in Jasper more than 3 times, and the stays are always wonderful.

Liked: It was reasonably clean.
Disliked: Pool and pool area wasn’t clean. Maid left our door open and unlocked. Key cards continually stopped working resulting in numerous trips to the front desk (this was happening to all guests). Breakfast food ran out and was not replenished.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. It was quietness the top floor.
Disliked: Men's hair was stuck to the shower wall. When I went to breakfast, there were no bagels, muffins, rolls, milk, or eggs. There was only a plastic fork to get the sausage from the tray. When they finally brought out muffins, they were frozen. It wasn't even busy. Other guests were complaining that each night they needed to get their cards fixed when they got back to the hotel.

Liked: Location, it’s close to holiday world which was our main reason for staying.
Disliked: They apparently don’t get messages you send on booking.com. They don’t actually reserve the rooms you request when you reserve them. They wait for you to arrive then scramble to “clean” the rooms.

Perfect location, odd service, but...

Liked: The location was so nice and close to the park.
Disliked: There are no pizza places close, came in our room early but the pillows had some blood, there was candy on the floor, the breakfast crew really complained about how their staff never showed up (did it very loudly), and the pool area was so dark and the water such a odd dark green color.
