Great stay for families going...

Liked: Extremely convenient location for visiting Holiday World. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The breakfast items are the same every day

Liked: Staff
Disliked: Our room could’ve been cleaner. There was a huge spot on the floor. The bathroom had urine in front of the toilet down the front of the toilet shower and hair in it and fire alarm went off twice during the night. there was no cord on the phone to call the front desk.

Liked: The staff was really great, they always answered all my questions and handled it all very professionally!
Disliked: The breakfast was kind of lacking, but for a free breakfast, maybe I should ask for more. Lol

Great location but a lot...

Liked: Great location with many restaurants around the hotel. Holiday world is a short 15 min drive from the hotel.
Disliked: Our key cards did not work the whole time we were there. Hasn’t to exchange them every time we left the room. They were not near any phone or other cards. Staff told us it was a common problem. Kids were running wild while we were there running up and down the halls at 1 and 2 AM. Complaints were made but management told us there was nothing they could do. So not much sleep. Also mattresses were very firm. Ants were a problem in all the rooms. Again management said this is a common problem. Will probably not stay again.

Will not be returning, I...

Disliked: No hot water, room was never cleaned, no fresh towels. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason.

Holiday world annual trip

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre, typical hotel breakfast food. Staff were very polite and accommodating.
Disliked: One of our rooms was infested with small ants. The toilet seat in our room was broken and it felt very unsafe.

Wasn’t happy tv didn’t work...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Tv in room did not work called front desk who sent someone to look at they also could not get it too work was not able to change rooms front desk said no rooms were available . Next morning asked for a discounted room rate due to tv not working they were not very accommodating said I could have changed rooms I told them lady at counter the night before said they were all booked they took my name and confirmation number from booking dot com and said they would give a discount but I still have not seen any type of discount that’s typical
