beds were very comfy great...

Liked: Breakfast was very typical hotel food serves the purpose if you want something more there is plenty of resturants within walking distance . but they do a good job .
Disliked: the room was sprayed with some type of deodorizer which had us chocking for the first half hour , this was my only complaint .

The advertising is misleading, they...

Disliked: Bad service at reception. They charged for parking for the car we traveled in. How is that possible? We paid for two rooms, and we're a family of seven. They didn't refund the money we left at checkout in case of an incident. At other hotels, they do it immediately upon checkout. There, it lasts five days, and it doesn't seem like it. The service was not friendly from any of the staff. Our experience at that hotel was not good. My cousins' room smelled horrible, so we had to ask for air freshener.

Liked: Stayed there before so when the other hotel, ( which was closer to the hotel our friends had ) was so inadequate we came here
Disliked: The fact that Booking.com had it for $64 but when i went to front desk they wanted $89 I should have just gone to my car, booked the room thru you guys and return to front desk and say i’m here to check in but at some point you got to think time is money and i just wanted access to a room to quickly get changed and meet up with our friends for dinner and concert
