Bad
Disliked: They have plumbing issues and I found two cockroaches in my bathroom and water was coming out of the toilet we had to tell the receptionist that the room was not good and the only thing they say is oh let me let the maintenance guy know the room was not cheap they should have handled it better. This was my first time there and I believe the last.

We had no problems other than the bike situation.
Liked: I like the room, very spacious and clean!
Disliked: I didn't like that we couldn't take our bikes inside our rooms. I don't understand why we couldn't. I called before arrival and the front desk agent couldn't give me an explination why we couldn't. We have very expensive bikes and were up all night watching them. Even though they were locked onto the car anyone with the right tools can take off the lock. Also, it didn't help with another guest staying at the hotel told us he wouldn't leave those bikes out If he was us ,but we had no choice.

Manager is TRASH.
Liked: Loved the breakfast and front desk staff
Disliked: I was flashed by a man in the parking lot while sitting on my balcony in the morning. Notified front desk staff who were very concerned but unable to find him when they went looking around the building. After I spotted the man two more times within half hour of the incident, staff was very accommodating and moved me to a different room. Police were called and within the hour came to my new room to make a report. Even with all of this, the manager refused to discount my stay or compensate me in any way. He went as far as denying that the incident even happened. Unbelievable.

Passable
Liked: The location is next to alot of retail and restaurants. For the most part most of the staff was very nice, breakfast was good, the room was clean.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I asked to have my tickets printed out for the S.D Safari Park and the morning of, the guy possible owner or management refused. He said we would use all his ink, that is ridiculous it was 4 sheets of paper and I only wanted 1 in color. Guest depend on hospitality that will accommodate all their needs and this was just inconvenient and inconsiderate of him. 1 night of stay could pay for 10 cartridges
