No coffee in the morning. People hanging out that look like they were living there at the hotel. When I checked in a woman was complaining because she was being kicked out. Had to street park after the concert, not enough spaces.

Liked: Nice beds.
Disliked: Kind of sketchy atmosphere.

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean and the hot tub was fun!

Disliked: The property was rough looking and lacked cleanliness. The shower was cold and didn’t drain. The food was lacking.

Disliked: Kind of hidden behind brush. The parking lot situation is a joke. If you get there late you have to park in the street because they lack a decent sized parking lot. You also need to be careful of which side of the street you park on. Only one ice machine and vending machine for 3 floors and it is on the ground floor by the front desk.

Liked: Amazing helpful staff. We enjoyed lemon water in the lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast does not have healthy choices.

Good and reasonable price hotel...

Liked: The room, bed and bath are clean and are not old.
Disliked: A small leak dripping on the sink, but not cause troubles.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is close to bars and things downtown.
Disliked: No hot water, breakfast area is super small, and homeless people come in and out of property.

Liked: The property was well kept and clean. Beautiful location in my opinion.

Liked: I liked nothing about this hotel. The paint was coming off. The shower was very terrible, the faucet was broke. The food was very bad. There wasn't really nothing to choose from. I don't recommend staying there. Also, drug dealing in the back parking lot.
Disliked: I didn't like anything about this hotel.
