I would probably not stay at the Comfort Inn again due to no outdoor security, especially with so many homeless people.

Liked: Room was a good size.
Disliked: There were a lot of homeless people and the word "c**t" was sprayed outside on all corners of the office.

Liked: Great location, close to coffee shops and several restaurants, easy access to room to bring in bikes & gear we had. Walking distance to the Temple.

Overall, the experience was good...

Liked: Breakfast was reasonable. Location not bad. Room not that great as expected but was big enough. The room allotted to me was too bright due to light on the outside. I prefer a more compact and quitter room which is facing the outside.
Disliked: They charged me for the extra day even though I checked out e1 day earlier due to weather reasons and flight cancelation or rescheduling. I was hopeful to get my money back for the extra day on which i did not stay.

Very comfortable for the reason...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: One staff member was rude. The one bad apple...everyone else was super nice! We were there visiting a dying family member at UofU Hospital, after a hard day with the medical staff understanding the situation coming in with the room not made up the front desk clerk was rude about it and didn't want to accommodate our needs for extra coffee cups and linens.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: It was spacious and clean. Roberto was welcoming and friendly. It was good value for money compared to other hotels. Within walking distance of temple square.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited.
