A staff member overheard that I was going to order an Uber ride to Key Bank State Theatre and informed me it was a short walk, saving me money. Grateful.
Liked: The desk staff was so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No disappointments.

It was fine to stay but for a lengthier trip I would spend a little more and get a bit nicer.
Liked: It was easily accessible.
Disliked: Blankets were stained and gross and the replacements we got also were just as bad looking.

Hotel was clean; bed was comfortable; price was right! Missed the complimentary continental breakfast which was from 7-9 - would highly suggest 6-10!
Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was right for the location!
Disliked: The parking lot was almost full from another event - was not aware that the lot was shared. When we arrived I had asked how and when we had access to the lot since we were staying at the hotel and didn't want to get blocked in. The attendant made a comment on how I was a woman and that it made sense that I didn't know. Very rude!

I would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn to friends visiting the theater district.
Liked: Just steps to theaters and restaurants; the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was more than I expected. The room had some luxury features for a low price.
Disliked: The elevator was pretty scratched up.

I didn't have much view of the city, just a view of the roof. The toilet had poo on it. The tub had hairs in it. They did have nice rooms in general. Always someone sweeping the floor in the hallway. Had to pay for parking - wasn't told there was free parking in the garage till to late. Disappointed.
Liked: Nice beds with lots of pillows.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom; toilet nasty; tub had hairs ;(

This is a good place to stay for a concert at The Agora. I will definitely book this hotel again.
Liked: Friendly staff. Nice room at an affordable price.

Shelia, Nora and Max went above and beyond for me due to my mistake on booking. I booked for the day before (not realizing). Shelia, Nora and Max made sure that my friend and I were not out on the street. Their SMILES were AWESOME! Kudos to the WHOLE staff. Keep up the EXCELLENT work ALL!
Liked: Wonderful. Shelia, Nora and Max exceeded in every area. Kudos to ALL!

Small room, but comfortable furniture. Noisy street below but it was quieter during the night. You have to pay for parking though, and the lot is uncovered and not attached. But for a single overnight it was fine.
Liked: Room was clean, with a refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Parking is lousy in a lot behind the hotel. You have to go through a narrow passage shared with a pizza place to get to the lot. When we arrived, cars were blocking the way through, and we had to sit for half an hour to wait. Traffic was backing up onto the main road. Bad setup.

Very pleased with our room. To be honest, we picked that location for convenience. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. The only negative was a small stain on the comforter causing it to look dirty. The rest of the room was great! Very convenient for a concert at the Wolstein Center. Would gladly visit this hotel again.
Liked: Mini fridge; microwave; convenient location.
Disliked: Small stain on comforter caused it to look dirty.

Liked: Wonderfully close to Peabody's - no driving after show, just a quick walk and comfy bed waiting. Free continental breakfast was an added bonus!
Disliked: Not really a negative but not stated during reservation process - $7.50 parking fee.
