Priced right and they did not just stop there. Everything was what I expected and more.

Liked: Greeted and the ambiance was a relaxed setting and fresh and staff was always there to help at all times and beyond.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was close to the location we needed it for and the breakfast and lobby area were pretty nice
Disliked: As soon as we stepped into the elevator it reeked of smoke. We got into our room and the smell was worse even though our room was labeled Non-Smoking it for sure had been smoked in as my husband found cigarette wrapper next to the bed along with ashes and a burn hole in the top comforter. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. There was dust on surfaces, the bathroom had a build up of dust and stuff along the edge of the floor and trim. The lighting in the bathroom barely worked and I could see streaks of who knows what running down the wall in the bathroom and in the main room. There was an old piece of waffle between the bed and night stand. The air conditioner vents were all broke, the plug between the beds to charge your phones and the TV remote didn’t work and was sticky. I had a hard time falling asleep because the pillows smelled like smoke and I have asthma. We stayed because we had paid and needed the room. I will not stay there again.

Liked: Nothing I had to leave and request a refund because the rooms were disgusting. They had me look at two new rooms and both of them were dirty. Things were broke. Things had duct tape on them as well. Worst experience ever
Disliked: This was the DIRTIEST hotel i ever been to in my life. I advise everyone that is going to stay in this hotel. Please look under your covers of your bed. Look at the mattress my whole bed Was covered in filth old blood stain and piss stains used condom was in the new room that they gave me and it was also dirty as well

Liked: Very clean, customer service was great was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Didn’t have a variety of breakfast (for the Main course) only had sunny side up eggs with what seemed like microwaveable bacon.

Liked: -Fridge in room-Good air conditioner -Friendly housekeeping made special trip to get me some needed room supplies. -Friendly, well-written texts during stay offering help. -Big TV-Lemon water, cookies, coffee offered in lobby-Lots of comfortable couches, chairs in lobby -Friendly manager at front desk seemed genuinely open to feedback
Disliked: -Housekeeping knocked despite ‘Do not Disturb’ sign-Housekeeping did not clean my room despite me asking them to. -No ‘please clean room’ sign provided -Freezer in room fridge not cleared. Soda bottle was left inside.-No shampoo in shower-installed bottle -Bathroom floors aging, yellow and kind of gross. -Shower and bathroom sink handles don’t function well. Made controlling water temperature difficult. -Cheap desk chair wouldn’t lock and wife nearly fell backward multiple times. -Room door shuts so loudly -Standup light not plugged in for some reason-Some power/USB outlets in room did not work-Drawers at foot level. Who can bend this low?!-Art on wall sad, ugly, super cheap-looking. -Halls look like prison hallways-Trash constantly left on hallway floors, rarely cleared. -Free lobby cookies… what should have been a nice touch turned into another missed detail as I only saw them in stock once in my 3-day stay. -Surprisingly delicious complimentary lemon-infused water in lobby… but the drip tray always crashed to the floor whenever used. Again, annoying details like this matter and are avoidable with just a little bit of care and attention. -Complimentary coffee in lobby is cold outside of breakfast hours. -More to mention but I think I’ve made my point

Liked: The room set up was appealing to the eye. Mini refrigerator was very convenient and loved the full body length mirror.
Disliked: The bed sheets, comforter was questionable. There was tiny little particles of something along with very short prickly hairs. Had to entirely remove the sheets to shake it off because we were itchy and uncomfortable. A couple layers beneath, the mattress proctent was stained what appeared to be dry, old coffee or tea stains. The head board didn't seem wiped down. There were greasy smudges on it, perhaps from someone's hair rubbing against it.
