It was a visit...short and...

Disliked: We arrived at 2:30 AM. We had booked on booking.com, after midnight.It was a misunderstanding on my part, and it is complicated.I understand it is for the staff at Comfort Inn, too, but I feel the manager could have been more understanding and helpful, and helped us get a room for a few hours.We had been traveling over 16 hours, and really needed a place to rest.I would have been.more thoughtful and helpful if I had been in that position. As for the Comfort Inn franchise...If you would offer rooms at the same price as booking.com., people wouldn't book through them.We do that for the discount. You can give your customers the discount.

Liked: Everything was great!! Very easy to access location and staff was incredible.

Decent accommodations for a reasonable...

Liked: Good value, slightly run down, but fairly clean. I was pleased to see the bathroom looked almost spotless. The bed was comfortable enough.
Disliked: The key card would read green but the door to my room would not open until the 3rd and even 5th try. The backs of the breakfast area's chair had grease marks on them, and the chairs cushions were broken down.

Disliked: I was charged 250 because my clothes and room smelled like smoke, did not smoke in the room that was straight bs
