Disliked: It was dangerously dirty. We discovered a used condom and the staff did the absolute minimum to clean it up properly. It was only when we pressed them that we got a different room. The advertised amenities (restaurant, bar and pool) have been removed from service since COVID. This property is not up to the usual standards of places we’ve booked through Booking.com.

Disappointing

Liked: The advertising was false and dissapointing, breakfast was not included as advertised and the restaurant was closed and had been closed since covid.The basin had a large crack and I had to ask for a microwave and toaster. The room was ok and the bed comfortable
Disliked: Rude and unhelpful day concierge false advertising for food The night concierge was friendly and helpfull

Disliked: First room given, walked in and it stunk of mould. Didn’t look like the photo shown when booked. Had to ask to be moved to another room.
