Liked: The stay was a great value! Awesome for the cost! Comfortable bed, clean room, actual egg and sausage breakfast along with the standard waffle iron and cereal combo! The front desk attendant was awesome! Koushik was accommodating and helpful. We will be back.
Disliked: I did not know (per booking) that there was a 60 cash deposit needed. This should be documented so I could be ready. They let me use my card, but I would have come with cash if I had known thru booking.

Disliked: Had a reservation for a king with a pull out bed on a couch, they didn't have it. Then try offering my family a room with no t v in it. Ended up giving us 2 Queen beds, which was super inconvenient.Seeing that I had an additional child with us.That was not allowed to sleep in the same bed as my children. Which was the whole reason for the reservation with the pull out couch. Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone. Also had pizza crust behind the entertainment center and bandana and candy behind the mattress where the headboard is. The room was disgusting.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The hotel charges a 60 cash fee for damages ( most hotels charge your card) but the rooms are already damaged and missing items like no iron, no coffee pots, stain on the couch and broken ice boxes. Plus they had roaches. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 but we went at 8:30 and nothing was out and was out was cold. The area has a lot of homeless people and it smells really bad inside the hotel hallway. The team the works there is just their don't expect any help from them. Can't speak to management that person is never there.
