Disliked: I would like to leave my review, we lived in this hotel for 4 weeks, at first I was satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff, but one day I went to the toilet at night, and there was a rat nurse, who then ran into the room, it was terrible. We told the administrator, we were moved to another room, mice were also scratching there at night. After that we checked out. The promised daily cleaning was done every other day, sometimes every two.

Adequate for an overnight.

Liked: Best pillows ever at a hotel, loved them.Desk person on check in very nice & worked quickly.Good price for only staying one night.
Disliked: Difficulty finding light switches , unless you going to rewire the room then supply instructions or flashlights! Breakfast terrible.. sausage looked undercut, toaster took forever, 2 apples & no other fruits. Variety & quality was poor. ****At about 8am our door was opened by housekeeping. No one knocked, asked to enter or apologized for opening our door. There’s no excuse at all for this, we did not leave a tip bc she didn’t deserve one. With check out time 3 hours later why did this occur?

Its safe to say that we will not be going back.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast wasnt so good. The breakfast was the biggest marketing strategy used to convince us to choose this hotel. Yet it was simply a continental breakfast. Also, there were valuables that were accidentally left behind. Hotel management was contacted regarding this matter and it seemed to be brushed off and disregarded. We were very disappointed because the hotel took no actions to right this wrong.
