Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport, Middleburg Heights

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfy. Good breakfast. Very nice hotel; excellent price and convenient to all the restaurants and sights. Staff was very nice also.

Disliked: Hot food at breakfast area was not kept very hot.

Disliked: Only 2 towels were in the room, and one outlet had visible corrosion on it.

Liked: It was a great stay. Whenever we travel we stay at Comfort Inn.

Liked: The room was clean and the staff nice.
Disliked: I got stuck in the hotel elevator. It really scared me. A guest was able to open the door to let me out. When I called the front desk, she said they had a technician on site to fix it at that exact time. Why didn't they put up a sign NOT TO USE it.

My daughter had an early...

Liked: My daughter had an early flight out of the Cleveland Airport. It was only 10 minute drive. Lots of food choices for dinner. The front desk lady was super friendly

Liked: The person there when we checked in was very friendly. The room was a decent size. Close to restaurants and other places.
Disliked: A few cosmetic issues in our room but nothing awful. The eggs at breakfast were rather rubbery, they weren't scrambled but over hard and just very rubbery

Rude staff denied my request...

Liked: It was convenient that I could make a reservation at the last minute booking through Priceline.
Disliked: 1) I asked the Priceline operator to contact the hotel to inform them of a late check-in. The operator declined and referred me to the hotel. 2) When I checked into the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the Hotel host granted my request for a late check out. However, at breakfast, the rude woman at the front desk told me I had to be out at 11 AM. 3) The breakfast food was horrible. The eggs, sausages and the cubed potatoes were dry and bland - It was obvious the hot breakfast foods were not freshly cooked and were merely microwaved.
