Liked: A great location beside I-85. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Ceiling above bath tub was peeling. The back of the toilets seat was filthy with what appeared to be old feces and dried blood. Carpets were old. Television was problematic and I needed Hotel staff twice to get the Television working.

Disliked: I was told i was sneaking my service animal in the back of the hotel, i was called twice on the hotel phone harrassing me about my service animal, the food they were selling was expired back in 2023

Disliked: I stayed at this location in 2022 and had a good experience. this time it appears to be under new management. front desk had to idea what they were doing. I was double charged for my room and charged me 2 pet fees. the toilet was dirty. I called multiple times to resolve my over charge..which I finally recd. I will not be staying there again.

Disliked: glass in parking lot and where the dog was supposed to go. beer bottles all around. elevator was grimy. breakfast was unappealing. room was in the LL. ie basement
