Liked: The stay was comfortable and the staff was nice.
Disliked: I have not received the security deposit of $100 even after 20 days. Multiple follow ups have garnered no response from the property.

Disliked: When I made the reservation it was described as a top floor room. Was put on the 9th floor Hotel had 11 floors. When I ask the front desk I was told that 9 through 11 was considered top floor.
