Helpful staff; very clean and nice. Saw it was rated 2 star but it should be 3 1/2 for sure.

Liked: It was very clean and the free breakfast was very good!
Disliked: Nothing really.

Not too bad. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast not too bad either. Nothing fancy, but ok. A little farther than I thought from Copps Coliseum - $40 cab ride. Next time I would stay closer.

Liked: For near the highway, it was quiet.
Disliked: Garbage bags in the hallway.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: We arrived 35 minutes before the breakfast service was to end and they had very little 'hot foods' left. When we asked the breakfast room staff if they were going to replenish the foods, we were told that no, they were not because they were closing. Then 3 more guests came in after us, and I heard the staff tell them that the food was 'sold out'. For the price of a one night stay, I expected better service. Also the coffee ran out so I couldn't get a coffee for my husband nor could I bring him a plate of breakfast, as I had intended. Disappointing. Lastly, the room we were given was on the ground floor with a sliding door to the outside. When we entered, we discovered that the door was unlocked and extremely difficult to lock from the inside as the actual door locks were broken and there was only a makeshift metal clasp to secure the door. Left me feeling somewhat unsafe.
