Disliked: Our bed was not made up after the first night. Was surprised that it had not been made.

it never happened.

Disliked: the booking.com experience is what I disliked. The pet room didn't show a weight limit but the hotel does have a weight limit. which my dogs exceeded. The hotel said they would accommodate a refund and booking.com said they emailed a request. but nothing was accommodated and I was still charged for the room even though I didn't stay there and the booking was made one hour before I attempted to cancel.

Disliked: No real amenities, cheap linens, highly perfumed detergent, loud guests from other groups using the breakfast room to drink, overpriced

Disliked: Didn’t have a elevator we had lot of luggage put on 2nd floor at very far end we are seniors
