Stay was awesome; friendly staff; very clean rooms; definitely recommend.
Liked: The concert was amazing.

Our negative experience was that the air conditioner in our room had apparently been leaking for some time because the floor in front of it was quite wet and the room smelled of mildew. Unfortunately we couldn't trade rooms because the hotel was completely booked. The mildew gave my husband and I both bad headaches. That aside, the hotel was clean and respectable.
Liked: Clean and convenient to our destination.
Disliked: Room smelled like mildew; terrible potholes in the parking lot.

It was quiet and comfy!...
Liked: It was nice and clean, friendly staff. Bed was comfy and not worn in.
Disliked: Internet was down all night:( not their fault since there was an outage, just a pain.

Liked: Clean, comfy beds, rooms together, very nice and professional staff.
Disliked: The air conditioner noise was atrocious all night multiple rattles and buzzing and a constant alarm type noise. Not just the banging and metal screech and fan blower like usual. Kept up all night- we finally turned it off and suffocated but only complaint. And cleaning rooms on top of us before 8 AM like trains have wrecks upstairs- just need some sleep now. Kiddos to the room servicers for how clean it was though. And breakfast was clean and servers stayed on top of it.

Disliked: You start with a small elevator that says it can hold 15 people but more like 3 people, then you exit to some hills have eyes hallways that are barely lit enough for you to see the room numbers, then you enter the room, Theres a king bed that makes a banging noise when you just sit on it. Then Stains on sheets, flickering bathroom light, price gouged because it was race weekend and there was a royals game. So all in all. Pretty bad experience in general.
