Liked: Friendly and helpful staff! There is a lot of bad reviews about this place but room 39 was absolutely fine we had a little issue with heating which was resolved within 10 minutes by the man on reception desk, people need to remember that it’s not a 5 star hotel it is what you pay for, it’s clean and comfortable, I had 2 children with me and they didn’t complain about anything.
Disliked: Could do with stairways and corridors upgraded which I’m sure will be done all in good time

Second time here and if...

Liked: Hotel was clean and friendly staff beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms need updated the shower wasn’t the best but done the job. Need new towels though.

Liked: Staff were wonderful and helpful when needed. Location is fabulous.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the radiator was broken and blasted out heat all night that can only be described as trying to sleep in a box of fire in the pits of hell. Even with the window open, whilst listening to the local seaguls squawk the chorus of 'this girl is on fire', it was still too hot, which meant myself and my daughter barely sleeping. Staff did try to rectify this, using pliers at 1am. However, nothing worked.

Disappointed !

Liked: The location was amazing ! The staff were lovely and very helpful .. We were moved to a more pleasant room after our first room had looked issues and just not very pleasant.
Disliked: The rating didn’t match up .. it is very old and dated but it was clean .. toilets didn’t work well .. it was very disappointing .. once we changed rooms it was better.

Liked: Friendly staff, good food, good facilities
Disliked: The shower took a long time to warm up and was coming out either really hot or freezing cold
