The hotel was clean, the...

Liked: Danielle Hulse checked us in when we arrived and she was very helpful. She opened the pool gate for us and provide us with towels to use. She made the check in process a good experience.
Disliked: Nothing much to do in the area in a walking distance.

Disliked: The shower was disgusting, it has other peoples hair all throughout it.

The room met our expectation....

Liked: Breakfast met our expectation. The room could use an update with fresh paint. The Bath tub could use a make over. It looked dirty but it was not just the way they tried to repair it.

I don’t recommend this hotel.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room smelled so bad. Not sure if it was pets or mildew. The tub was dirty or stained. The rug was dirty. The walls were dirty.

J7st what we need

Liked: We have stayed here multiple times as our son is at Binghamton. Staff is very nice. Facilty is clean. Beds are really comfortable.
