Liked: It was your average hotel.
Disliked: Not near anything. When I opened the blinds in my room, the outside patio area was littered with garbage. Then there was a Walmart crew hanging out in the same spot. I told the front desk lady about the garbage, she said "I guess I'll tell someone. Then the Walmart crew was in the hotel, very loud and obnoxious, lots of swearing. I asked the same lady why they were allowed to behave like this in front of guests, her response was " you know how work crews are". They continued to curse and yell in front of us. She did nothing. I was leaving the hotel, it was raining, I asked if I could borrow an umbrella. Same lady proceeded to look outside , as if I were lying about the rain, and then proceeded to tell me she didn't know where the umbrella was. I was very polite, I don't know why she was so unfriendly and unprofessional. The trashed patio area was never cleaned.

Not bad if you’re willing...

Liked: It was close to Memorial Park. air conditioner ran great. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Black mold in the shower. Toilet constantly ran and dripped unless you went back in later and wiggled the handle. Carpet in the stairwell is really dirty. The waffle bar was awful. no whipped, cream no nuts,no fresh fruit, or chocolate chips, nothing but syrup and jelly, but I don’t know who puts jelly on waffles.

Liked: The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time.

Liked: Breakfast was good, coffee as well. Close to our destination. Close to interstate on ramp and exits.
Disliked: Bar closed early.

Weekend visit.

Liked: The hotel was nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, but almost every time I went to the front desk, it was left unattended. I had to wait a bit for someone to show up. There is no way to let someone know you're at the desk. The hot tub is still broken, We stayed here back in October 2024, and the hot tub was broken at that time too. All in all, I would stay again.

Disliked: Key cards almost never worked, had to go to the front desk 3 times for them to get cards fixed and they were still buggy. And they gave another person a key to our room and they came into our room. Also the hot tub was out of order..
