Disliked: Nothing really.

This hotel is in a good location, but that is about the only thing worth saying anything good about it. Our room smelled and the hallway smelled also. The room could have been cleaner. There was masking tape holding the drain cover on the tub in our room. We will not stay here again. A lot of the hotels in Atlanta we have stayed at are not in good condition, and a lot are in unsafe areas. We will have to think twice about whether it’s worth dealing with the risk and traffic to try to enjoy things in Atlanta.

Disliked: The hotel is in disrepair and not very clean in the parking lot. Our room and the hallways had bad smells.

Skip this hotel. The staff is nice and good breakfast. We arrived early and our room was not ready. We took a different room as we needed to go to an event. Our room was old, dirty, smelled awful, and needed serious repairs. I have photos of all the broken stuff. I would never stay here again.

I would never spend a night in any Comfort Inn due to this experience and will make sure that I inform everybody I know and will definitely make sure none of my customers ever spend a night.

Liked: Nothing - this hotel was filthy and the people at the desk, especially the manager, were the rudest ever.
Disliked: The room was nasty and when asked for refund to go to another hotel the manager was nasty.

Liked: Nice staff, accommodating friend in wheelchair.
Disliked: Broken hair dryer.

Hotel was very clean and had a great breakfast.

The rooms were defined and always smelling good. Never had a problem. They came to make up the bed. Everyone there was very pleasant and willing to help. The breakfast in the morning was not like normal hotels. It was yummy and satisfactory. They even allowed us to stay until 1pm when checkout was 11am to finish packing our things. They helped us around town. It is a definite that I will be returning to this location.

Liked: Overall the hotel was fine. But do need to replace the broke tile under the sink.
Disliked: Would like to have gotten a receipt at check-out. They said I did not need one because it was a third pary.
