Adequate for my needs but...

Liked: The place was adequate for my needs but nothing exceptional. Had to wait for some breakfast items before I served myself, but again breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Room looked a little tired, attention to detail in cleaning, cobwebs. Sorry, but if I am paying the price I did, I expected a better quality of room.

Too far to walk to...

Disliked: There was a smell in the bathroom which smelled damp.Needs updating carpets grubby , side cabinets scuffed

Room was ok for a...

Liked: Hand soap was very nice smelling
Disliked: Location near main road, room had cobwebs and a pair of boxer shorts behind a chair in the corner of the room

Clean, comfortable as expected

Liked: Location was convenient for Arundel
Disliked: there was nothing to walk to close by except, Macdonalds or a petrol station.
