Quiet place; not fancy but accommodating. It was good, simple and clean.

Disliked: Room just don't have fridge and microwave.

Would stay there again.

Liked: Clean and quiet.
Disliked: My room was way too hot, even when I turned the heat down.

Liked: The price and location; breakfast was great!

The hot tub on the 2nd floor was great! I was a little disappointed that we had to pay extra for the parking. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Liked: The continental breakfast.
Disliked: Yes, the hot water in the bathtub was only lukewarm.

Was very excited to get to the hotel, check in and enjoy our suite, but was sadly disappointed with our room.

Liked: Staff very pleasant.
Disliked: Ceiling was hanging down; granite was broken and taps didn't shut off; rather run down. Not like pics in advertisements.

Excellent front desk; comfortable bed; A/C good; very good breakfast; reasonable parking rates. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Furnishings need refurbishing; other rooms occupied by family members were much nicer.

The carpets were very dirty and stained. The cleaner did a horrible job with tiding up my room - sometimes my room was cleaned properly and most times it wasn't. My room wasn't fully stocked most of the time with toiletries. My key card didn't work most of the time, and I had to have it changed more than six times. The heating system in my room was non-existent. The staff wasn't very helpful and they didn't even seem to care about my issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone, it's a craphole (excuse my French).
