Disliked: The room smelled like musty like cigarette . We reported it right when we walked in the room. If it's old smoke then carpets should be replaced. Or aired out these rooms.

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. Sheets would not stay on the bed. In exercise room the treadmill was broken. Tv remote would not work unless you stood in front of the tv.

Liked: The location was convenient, breakfast was satisfying, and the pool was amazing.
Disliked: The elevator was in terrible condition, it jolted unexpectedly and nearly gave my kids a heart attack. The room was not clean; the carpet was dirty, the bed was poorly made, and the sofa was filthy and itchy to sit on. The front desk staff was not helpful or friendly. I asked for a larger room due to having two kids with me and was willing to pay extra, but was told to stick with my original booking. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor. We ended up staying only one night instead of two.

Liked: The manager on duty was very nice . I had made a mistake when I booked the room, needed a 2 beds room and had accidentally booked a king. He changed it for me immediately. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of good quality.

Disliked: The room was filthy and had an awful stench and all the staff could do was give us a can of air freshener. We would have to stay up all night spraying the room. The staff indicated that there were no other room available.
