We would stay there again...
Liked: My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! They loved the basketball goals. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our door lock on the room quit working about 5 hours after we arrived but they got us a new room right up the hall. We liked how close it was to the interstate and restaurants.Adult beverages are available for purchase at the desk. That was a great surprise after a long road trip!
Disliked: Paint could use some touching up in the bathroom and pool areas.

Just passing thru
Liked: Great location I was nice that the breakfast was ready at 6 even though it was a Sunday and not planned to open at 7. The gentleman that greeted us was very kind. When traveling, the weekends do not matter, so 6 am is a good time to start breakfast. Thank you.

Disliked: My room was under construction so I waited to be moved. It was stressful because I use a walker and am handicapped. The desk attendant showed up to move me and we had to go to a different floor and at the end of the hall. It was not busy mind you. I was disappointed that after all this hassle there was no discount given.

Liked: Location
Disliked: On the second night of our stay. The heater wasn’t working properly. I had to get through the night by turning it on and off to get it to start to heat up again. I believe it was a thermostat issue and I hope it was resolved before the next people stay in this room. (#124) We ended up moving rooms (#121) after the second night to a room that had a properly functioning heater. I understand things happen and things do malfunction. The inconvenience was we had five nights scheduled so we had quite a bit of stuff already unpacked and put away just to have to repack at 10::00 pm and move to new room and unpack again. The TV in the new room is another issue….the remote definitely wasn’t for that tv. I couldn’t get the menu to exit from the tv and you would have to manually turn it off. Little stuff adds up and can make the experience not as pleasing for the guest.
