I would say that the...

Liked: The location and the breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The room we were given was not cleaned, in fact it was freshly used as though someone had just left. We then received a room that had no working phone so we couldn’t call the front desk to get assistance with the partying neighbors at 11,12, and still at 1am.

Superb

Liked: Pet friendly. Located close to shopping & restaurants. Clean. Friendly staff. Free breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast choices were better then in other hotels and the room was good.
Disliked: The Timer for the light in the bathroom over the bathtub was senseless for me.

You met my bare minimum...

Liked: When I checked in the room was clean.
Disliked: I stayed in the room for 5 days and never had housekeeping come to my room. The gym doesn’t open until 7 am although the room isn’t staffed. Please consider taking the timer off the door lock making it available 24/7. The hotel laundry facility for guests requires lots of quarters but there’s no change machine in the hotel and the front desk won’t provide change. I had to drive around Beaverton looking for a laundromat.
