Disliked: I booked it thinking the indoor pool and bar except the pool and bar were closed for the holiday

Decent budget stay for Pittsburgh,...

Liked: Accommodations and facilities as expected for a Comfort Inn. Especially appreciated the lobby bar/grill -- good atmosphere, drink/food selection at a good price, and open for late evening.
Disliked: The free breakfast buffet was AWFUL, honestly, the worst I've ever had at any hotel. Breakfast room was hot, offerings were scant, two mornings hot food bins were practically empty and hot choices were terrible.

Liked: Located not that far from downtown. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: There was a shortage of food for breakfast and the staff were rude even at the front desk.

Disliked: When we initially walked in our room it smelled like mildew. Terrible odor. Fire alarm went off at 3 am. Stood outside for 2 hours while fire department cleared the hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable. The fire 🔥 alarm i would not have heard. Police had to bang on our door for us to even know. Terrible experience!
