Very poor

I enjoyed the stay.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the service was great. There was never any wait time if something ran out
Disliked: The pool looked great but there were no towels so we couldn't actually use the pool. Multiple people asked for towels for over 1 hours and they never arrived. The rate I got through booking.com ($95) was wonderful but the actual cost of the motel room was too extreme ($220/night)

Liked: The staff was always helpful and full with kindness
Disliked: Wasn't able to get our room clean when we requested it early the day before. But we as a family always make things workout with GOD help in Jesus Christ Name Amen

Very good

Liked: I thought the room was spacious and mostly well kept. I thought the breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options. Food was tasty. The carpet was very nice.
Disliked: I don't know if it is the hotels fault or problem or just unfortunate circumstances. The hotel welcomed a jr hockey league or soccer league and the kids were just out of control. Kids running up and down the halls, all hours of the day. They were screaming. It was like the had free reign of the hotel with no regard to the other guests. Also there was some minor messes in the room that might have been overlooked. There didn't seem to be much storage space to unpack in the room. Especially if two or more people share the room. I think there could have been more light in the room. Especially up by the door. Maybe a floor lamp that turned on with the switch.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the lady in the breakfast area was awesome n friendly
Disliked: Room service, we never received any new linens or towel . Even though we asked several times. Nobody was controlling the halls at night . There were kids running n yelling all night each night of our stay . The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was very nice.
Disliked: ROOMS,first room they gave us was disgusting, dirty top sheetsFood still in fridge Second room beds were clean but tge bathroom was horrible, had dirty wash clothes still in the sinkAnd other things left in the sink drawers Finally the house keeping manager walked us threw the third room and it was good But tge rooms are very out dated and mattress was very uncomfortable, need new ones

Disliked: Hallways were very cold and room took quite a while to warm up and could use some updating

Liked: Good breakfast, choice of hot and cold options, including pizza! Loads of parking. Nice onsite bar with simple evening meal options.
