Liked: The only part of this stay that was good was the two ladies setting up for the continental breakfast
Disliked: When walked in, young gentleman at the desk was none verbal and was acting as if he couldn't talk. I was here for my uncle funeral and this was the worst treatment I have ever gotten and I come here alot. Called doen about my shower being dirty with hair in no one came down to clean or give us another room complaint about it the next day andthey gave 10% off unacceptable when i come here often. Not returning at all. I feel i should have been treated fairly and much better than I was. To top it the manager says he knows that the young man is like that but he shows up to work. Customer service is were it begins. I uploaded the one picture that i could find i did take more. Also one one the ladies service breakfast got into with a men that was being very rude to her and the manager did nothing to protect her.
