Comfortable and Quiet

Liked: Was easy to get to, but might have preferred closer to downtown. However, liked that it was quiet with no noisy neighbors! Staff was mostly friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Not much that didn't like. My grandson used the hot tub which didn't work properly--- no working jets and only warm. Breakfast was OK, but basically same everyday with little variety! But at least, it was available!

Disliked: Our room wasn’t clean. There was a dirty wash rag on top of the Kleenex box. The curtains were falling off the track and wouldn’t close.

Great stay

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. I would like to give a shout out to the evening check in clerk the night we checked in. He was sweet and helpful and when there was a tornado watch, he had updated information on the weather and what we could do if we needed to take cover. This man made us feel safe. So thank you.
