Disappointing

Liked: I had an accessible room, but the beds were quite high for someone in a wheelchair. Also, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were too high up for a wheelchair to reach and were too hard to push to get liquid out.The room didn't smell too good. Like it used to be a smoking room.

Great location and would stay...

Disliked: The hair dryer in the room could have set the hotel on fire. Housekeeping needs to check that more often. The one in the room had a crack in it and the fan didn't blow. It just got really hot until I had to turn it off and then unplug it to make sure it didn't catch fire.

Overall it was a comfortable...

Liked: Location was easy and central to a lot of stuff in the area. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels right off the bat, which was ideal for our group. Breakfast was pretty decent as far as continental breakfasts go, although limited options for myself being gluten free.
Disliked: Doors were loud and hard to shut quietly, even with effort. They were doing work on the network the main day we were there, so tv and WiFi were out, even the room phones weren’t available. The halls and breakfast area were overly warm; I ended up eating my breakfast in the lobby since it was cooler.

Very dated but comfortable.

Liked: The property is in a great location with easy walking access to a grocery store and restaurants. It’s right off a Main Street that makes it easy to get on the road for travel. I did love the room, but the bed was extremely comfortable. I’ll give up a lot about a property for a comfortable bed!
Disliked: The facility is quite dated and in significant need of an update.
