Liked: The staff was nice. There was a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was okay
Disliked: When I made the reservation (online) I didn't notice I booked a basement room. Never heard of a hotel that had rooms in the basement. It was very dark.They didn't want to change my reservation to a room on a higher level.

Very convenient location

Liked: We loved the location of this hotel . The motorhome we rented had to be returned directly across the road . And the hotel is close proximity to the airport with an airport shuttle so that was very convenient. The staff were outstanding in their customer service .
Disliked: The property is dated , our room was very clean but the hallways , lifts were not real clean . You can hear the aeroplanes taking off and landing all through the night but it wasn’t a big deal . We stayed there because it was so close to the airport

Liked: Memory foam mattress was very comfortable. Linens very nice. .Restaurants close by .
Disliked: Toilet too low ,too noisy. No micro wave found until time to leave so no popcorn !Shuttle took an hour to pick us up at airport,too long to wait in the wind and cool.

Won't be back.

Disliked: The room was not ready at 3. The vending machines were empty. Could not get a bottle of waterKids running in the halls. swimming was under construction. Front desk friendly with my male mate. Somewhat excluded me .

Disliked: Booked this by accident and it hasn’t improved at all since our last stay, dirty towels, our room stunk and it was dirty ..,pool wasn’t working either.

Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: Chose hotel as we were travelling with children so the pool was a must unfortunately we were told the evening of our flight that the pool was closed so no time to arrange another hotel. The pool had infact been already closed for 8 day prior to our arrival. As there was nothing for the kids to do we left a day early. Also got left waiting for the shuttle for over 1hr 40min.

Liked: Great staff, very friendly and extremely helpful.Great bed, clean room.Fridge and microwave in the rooms were great to have.Great location, close to everything we needed.I booked two rooms for me and my family, which they put us in 2 rooms right next to each other with connecting doors. So perfect and appreciated. Except for the hit and miss hot water and not poll/hot tub, we enjoyed the stay overall.
Disliked: I booked this location because it had a pool and hot tub, which unfortunately were not good. Pool was cold and the hot tub didn't work.Showers were a little hit and miss for hot water.A little disappointed in this.
