Disappointing

Liked: The ladies at the front desk were exceptional. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: We mainly only want internet connection for PS5, a pool, and a hot hot tub when choosing where to stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not hot or even on the warmer side. It also was not functioning properly (no jets, water movement), so it was like taking a barely luke warm bath with others. Yuck. The pool was good.We checked out early and stayed at another hotel for the next night of our trip.Internet had a block, so we couldn't connect the PS5.The manager, once I pushed to speak to them and he came to the hotel, was accommodating and did do his best to rectify the issues.

Decent hotel, but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The hotel was nice, but the hotel was under some construction. The pool was nice, but chlorine levels were really high. A purple bathing suit is now pink and my child has a huge rash from the levels. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, hot breakfast was not great, but stick to bagels and cereal and it was fine. Location was good, close to restaurants and the #1 highway. Had some transient folks use the pool restroom when they were not registered guests. Didn’t seem like it phased the workers and they were just allowed to do this. Okay hotel, probably wouldn’t stay again. But got a good price on Booking.com.
