Had a very pleasureable experience here. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was attending an event at The Grove and the hotel is just down the street from the venue. I plan on staying here again.

Liked: Friendly Staff, Clean comfortable rooms, peaceful & relaxing.
Disliked: Hallways too Warm.

Liked: The person that greeted us, was wonderful and smiled a lot. Helped guide us to where we needed to be and the amenities of the facility.
Disliked: There are 2 elevators, but only one was working. The doors would open before it completely stopped. It was fine, but noticeable.

Liked: Loved the breakfast option and easy access to Disney.
Disliked: The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect. There were long black hairs all over the bed and some of the pillows needed to be replaced.
