Overall, 9 out of 10. The only knock is the off brand coffee maker. The breakfast was great. The room was great. Staff was pleasant.

Liked: Front desk was kind and courteous. The entire hotel was clean and orderly. The eggs were cooked well. The sausage was flavorful. The selection of bagels and the waffle maker were great. No complaints.
Disliked: The in-room coffee maker. I am very picky when it comes to coffee. I brought my own K-cups expecting a Keurig in the room. It was a different pouch type of machine.

Disliked: Quiet , clean, place I was there 6 days I'll be back at the end of the year and for sure am booking there.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered fruit that was better than most.
Disliked: The building was very dated and needed a lot of work. The rooms were not very clean. There was no hot water in our room sink and the hair dryer did not work. The pool area was a bit creepy with dim lighting. There was a lot of corrosion on the pool bathroom faucets. No hot or warm water was available in the pool shower or faucets.

Mother/Daughter getaway

Liked: My Daughter and I were there to see a show, so the location of the hotel was perfect with the restaurant and arena very close by. Only thing I wasn't happy about was your timing for breakfast. You don't consider how late we come in at night or the time of departure in the morning for your quests, so by the time we get down for breakfast it's over. I found that very disappointing. I wish your breakfast could be extended 1 more hour. You would make a lot more of your quest happier.
