Convenient and comfortable
Liked: Room was fine. Breakfast was less than expected. The prepared food like bacon was undercooked, the sausages were over cooked. The orange juice was fine. The granola bars were awful. The fruit was fresh and tasty. The airport shuttle was great and the driver helped us with our luggage. Thank you. The airport has too many long walks.

Perfect for our quick stay...
Liked: great breakfast! very clean and comfortable air conditioning and check-in was very easy. Strong water pressure in the shower, and I liked having the soap and shampoo dispensers there.
Disliked: It would be great if the rooms weren't so drab decoration-wise - everything is brown, that is too bad.

DIsappointed
Liked: Just the location of Hotel.
Disliked: To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my absolute disappointment and frustration with the miserable breakfast service at your Comfort Inn hotel during our stay on June 28th and 29th, 2025.On the morning of the 29th, we (a group of two couples) came down for breakfast around 9:30 AM, well within the official breakfast time. To our shock, most of the food was already gone, and we had to stand in line for over 30 minutes. When our turn finally came, we were told by the server that nothing would be refilled because it was "almost 10:00 AM." Are you serious? This is absolutely absurd. If breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, guests should be served properly until the very last minute—not denied food and handed empty excuses.When I complained to the manager, all we got was a lazy, scripted “sorry”—no ownership, no solution, no compensation. Completely useless.Even more infuriating, just 4 km away, our two friends were staying at another Comfort Inn location, and their experience was far superior. There, staff were actively serving hot croissants and muffins right at the table. Meanwhile, your staff acted like they couldn’t care less and offered nothing but excuses about being "out of stock."And to make it worse, right at the start of the breakfast area, there was a large, open dustbin where everyone was dumping their leftovers and waste. Who the hell places a dustbin at the entrance of the breakfast setup? That’s not just poor planning—it’s outright disgusting and unhygienic. Is this your idea of a welcoming breakfast environment? Because it felt more like a garbage station than a dining area.This entire experience was embarrassing, unprofessional, and far below even basic standards of hospitality. If this is what Comfort Inn stands for, I’ll make sure people know to stay far away from this property.I expect a proper explanation and an appropriate response from your management—not another generic "sorry.

Liked: Everything was great. Beds were amazing, towels good and room clean . There are no complaints.
Disliked: Could not close the doors quietly from outside the room. Also no elevator to the 2nd floor

The staff could be more...
Liked: From all of the hotels I have been, this is the worst. There wasn’t enough space to eat, when we asked the staff, they were rude and the food was undercooked.
Disliked: When I arrived, the receptionist was rude. There was not elevator and he said it was written in small prints. And when I complained and I wanted to cancel my reservation, he said he wasn’t allowed and he was being very rude and he couldn’t help me with my suitcases because he also had knee problems as my family.
