Very disappointed with the service...

Liked: After arriving at 10pm and travelling all day with 4 children and 6 adults, the 3 rooms I had booked on June 1 were not available as hotel converted to refugee centre and we were not informed. I appreciated nothing about this.
Disliked: We ended up in a very dirty hotel at midnight-10 people and 20 bags and had to get up for 5am. I am requesting full refund of 731.71 plus taxi fares of an extra 200. to get us all relocated at the least.
