Avoid, they scam

Liked: Avoid this hotel. After checking in, 2 hours later, they called to say the credit card i swiped didn't post in their system. Payment was pending on my credit card. Their solution, bill me twice, now I have to time and energy to fix their problem.

I would not stay there...

Liked: Property has obviously been recently updated.Location was close to my destination.
Disliked: Door to exit stairs was missing the latch plate.Housekeeping staff folded linens in common area, specifically, staking clean linens on dining tables.Some room doors could be unlocked by sliding thin plastic card into door frame to trip lock.FRoom doors extremely loud when closing.Pool was not accessible due to waiting for health department inspection.Breakfast options were always the same

Liked: Location was perfect for us. Comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom was very poorly set up. Shower was slippery with no handholds for safety. No place to hang towels. No shampoo provided.Television reception was poor to non-existent.

Disliked: That the jacuzzi/whirlpool tub DID NOT WORK which was the whole reason for the room!!!!!
