Good choice to stay

Liked: A large hotel with great common areas. The rooms may need renovation soon. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient.
Disliked: Bathrooms could be upgraded

Very good

Liked: Location is very good, in the centre next to trainstation and Tivoli Gardens. We had our room facing the courtyard, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with nice selection.
Disliked: It was very hot weather during our visit and it was also very hot everywhere in the hotel. It is a large hotel and even if you are going to breakfast very early, there is still quite a lot people.

Good

Liked: The location is perfect. Walking distance to the train station and other attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurant around the area.
Disliked: No space for suitcase. Few hooks to hang clothes. Good for a transit stay. Not for long stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing breakfast. Brilliant staff. Prime location. Very clean and comfortable. Superb value for money.

Nice short stay for first...

Liked: Nice room, convenient location, clean hotel. Good UDB ports.
Disliked: Need more than just one pillow per person, room can use more shelf, surface to lay keys, phones, etc. hanging shelves by the door would have been great. Also needs tissue in the room or bathroom.

Comfortable room and friendly staff...

Liked: Very accommodating staff while always dealing with a long line of people at reception. Appreciated the easy luggage storage and early check in. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: European showers with half glass are always challenging especially without a bath mat or extra towels. A second pillow is always nice. We had exterior noise but not too bad.

Disliked: Shower drain blocked, cardboard thin pillow and only one each, couldn’t shut window.

Modern, comfortable hotel with great...

Liked: Awesome breakfast, lots of options! Modern hotel, nice lobby and facilities, including gym and outdoor patio. Comfortable but compact recently updated room. Awesome location, very close to lots of attractions and a great train station!
Disliked: Breakfast area was busy in the mornings and sometimes one of the coffee machines was broken, but still impressive overall to feed that many people delicious food so efficiently. The room was on the smaller side without the "extras" one might expect in the U.S. (toiletries, tissue box, top sheet, etc), but normal for central location in an upscale city.

Superb
