Exceptional

Liked: The staff at Front of House; so energetic and friendly, especially when checking in late after a full day of travelling. Perfect introduction to the hotel.

Good location, facilities and value...

Liked: Location was very central in CopenhagenBreakfast was very good - always a great choice and replenished quickly. Enough seating even in busy periodsLaundry facilities were ok
Disliked: Bar snacks were lacking - we ended up with a frozen cheese and tomato sandwich.A suggestion might be to have a dinner service as that would be well attended I suggest

Practical hotel in perfect location

Liked: Location was perfect in the center of the city, close to the main city square and Tivoli, nice restaurants near by etc. Price was a bit expensive to my taste, although it was much cheaper that most hotels in Copenhagen. Staff was very nice. I did not eat breakfast, because left early and had breakfast on the way.
Disliked: Room was a bit too hot and stuffy. Also bed linens were the kind that feel a bit hot. They are soft, but I like more those crisp linens.

Liked: I liked the location. It's close to the central station and city center.
Disliked: I didn't liked the bathroom. When tou take a shower, the water flooded the entire bathroom and made a paddle. Theres no shelves in the bathroo. to put on your toiletries. There's no fridge and microwave.

Great location and welcoming staff.

Liked: Location ideal ; breakfasts; communal areas; use of luggage room before check in and after checkout.
Disliked: Limited storage in bedroom. No drawers or wardrobe, only a few hangers on a rack.

Would definitely stay again !!!

Liked: The location was amazing . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Breakfast has everything you could want. Coffee was basically whenever you wanted it. Bar downstairs was great .
Disliked: Rooms were small but I think that’s standard . Beds were fairly good . Lack of pillows in the room but that was rectified easily . Would have been better to have a small fridge

Liked: Centre of town , comfortable
Disliked: Huge breakfast was mobbed with people and not big on fruit choices or health options but it was ample if you like pastry and meat and cheese sort of breakfast…we thought price high for what it is (very much a 3 star) but that’s typical of this pricey city
