Great except for parking

Liked: Comfy clean rooms and helpful staff with a nice lounge area in a great central location.
Disliked: We were led to believe that the public parking was free on the weekend as long as we were out by 7AM. Then I asked if we leave later are we only charged the extra hours..(which was 2.) They said yes at hotel but we were charged from 3:30PM Sunday to 9AM Monday 470 Krones 8which is WAY too much. Street parking was already full and we're were told lot across road was very costly. If you don't want to pay for parking I would say stay somewhere else.

generally good apart from room...

Liked: reception staff where very helpful and changed our room quickly when there was an error and also recommending an excellent Italian restaurant across the road.
Disliked: room error: we booked as a double room but after we had started to unpack realised it was only set up as a single room , so had to repack and move to another room

Nice for a few nights.

Liked: Very good breakfast regret not feasting more, the hotel is very modern and cool. Lobby is very nice. Staff were nice. Easy to get to the hotel, grocery and pharmacy near by. Lots of mall and stuff nearby.
Disliked: The bed was very hard, some like it like that, I like it softer. Only one small pillow, asked for a few more, they could only give us one. Should have been at least two pillow per person. Kinda dusty. Parking nearby is very expensive, but thats not the hotels fault. Free parking on weekends.

Disliked: Bed not great, the bathroom fan whirred all night & the noise from the street was noticeable. Poor choice of food. It was very icy & difficult to get out for something to eat. No drink facilities in the room.
