Disliked: The room is dark if you are travelling for work you can't work in the room, the bed is really squeaky and uncomfortable, and there is no kettle in the room. I find it weird for such a highly rated hotel. Instead, they sell you beverages in barception all in all I have been to better hostels(I am not even comparing to hotels at this point)

Liked: Nice breakfast and staff. The hotel has a nice breakfast seating area and a service that pays strong attention to the customers.
Disliked: The room has at least two technical issues: First, a strong noise ventilation system in the bathroom, running all the time at a high noise level. Second, the heating system, which was not active, also made a lot of noise. I'm genuinely convinced these problems didn't show up new. From my understanding and experience, this room should never be handed over to guests under the circumstances described. The staff could stop the ventilation in the bathroom. The other noise not. The first night ended up in a nightmare. Slept with provided earplugs. In the end, the hotel offered a solution with a discount.
