A perfect place, as long...

Liked: The room and staff were great. The breakfast was amazing! It is a great, central location.
Disliked: The room was extremely hot. Without AC they could not manage the abnormal heat.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was great, room is small but suitable, location in the centre, a few minutes away from points of ineterets is excellent.
Disliked: Only one small window can be opened. The room didn't have an AC and was terribly hot (there was a heat wave).

Very poor

Disliked: This may be exceptional weather in Trondheim, but the room was extremely hot. No air condition and no working ventilation, two windows with full sun and no ability to open the windows. We left early due to these conditions.

Liked: The location of this hotel is really good. Our room was quite spacious (although we booked it deliberately, other rooms might be smaller). In general, there was everything that we needed in the room. The food at breakfast was good. The common area (breakfast, reception, bar) in this hotel is very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room was barely working, and it is during the days when it was nearly 30 degrees outside. Probably such hot weather is not so common in Trondheim and the AC is not designed for it, but nonetheless...It would also be good to put some kind of simple wardrobe in the room. We used two chairs and the couch instead to put our clothes on.And finally, it would be good to have a bathroom door that closes such that the person in the room doesn't hear the details of what the person in the bathroom is doing.
