Comfort Hotel Prague City East

Nice and cozy.

Liked: Breakfast was great – with a wide variety of meals to choose from. Parking is a bit expensive, but still acceptable. Payment is required upfront. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was a bit small but still nice. The beds were soft, which wasn’t ideal for my back, but for people without back issues they will be perfect.

Disliked: Only the lift was a little problematic. Problems with rfid cards and they are just two for a pretty big hotel. But generally speaking everything was perfect.

Liked: The room was nice, clean and spacious.
Disliked: The reception staff were very rude, didn’t want to deal with anything. We were waiting at reception for somebody to help us but 3 receptionists were at the desk pretending that they cannot see us. My husband was very upset as he was confused about the parking space for what he paid and we couldn’t wait to leave the hotel.
