Disliked: Very poorly light when arriving at night. Complicated to get in at night, when I rang for the receptionist,she wasn’t AT ALL, happy to help me!,

Disliked: teh car park gates are locked till 8am, i had t o set off to catch le shuttle. Called teh number as no one on reception i was told "nothing we can do we open at 8am!" i insisted that i had to cath the le shuttle and this grumpy woman turns up 10 minutes later from THE HOTEL, moody becasue she has to get up and do her job at 7.30 am! lets be grumpy not teh factthat i culd miss mytrain!

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Very noisy, from early in the morning the cleaning staff would talk between them very loudly. We had to ask them to keep it down as we were trying to sleep/rest. They apologised but started again the next morning as if they were on market place.The rooms are very small and the toilets are against the wall. Impossible to seat straight or even close the door. The only way you can close the door when using the toilet is by seating sideways. The shower wall was dirty, you could see it was not cleaned regularly.
