Great spot and good price...

Liked: Location, price (although I had Booking discount). Got an upgrade and it was very spacious (which I didn't need though).
Disliked: Lack of soundproofing of the window from bedroom, which is right on main road, 2nd floor. Very noisy and can hear people loudly speaking on street in the middle of the night. Decor and fittings worn.

Disliked: Maybe more dishwashing liquid

Pay extra money & stay...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: The heating didn’t work, the toilet button was broken & left toilet running continuously, bedside lamp didn’t work & there was a draft coming through bedroom window which also let in smoke from a chimney outside into bedroom. No hot water in shower.

Exceptional

Liked: It's location, the space in the rooms.
Disliked: Female staff are not as engaging and friendly as the male staff.

Comfortable Stay

Liked: Very clean, compact & comfortable for solo Traveller. No city noise disturbance, was centrally located for restaurants, shopping & activities. Parking was easy but had to get in early.Staff were very helpful & friendly.
Disliked: More milk and tea bags haha...im not a coffee drinker!

Very average room needing repair...

Liked: Location was good. It had a seperate bedroom.
Disliked: Fridge leaked. No soap tray in shower as it had broken. Cushions and carpet were dirty. Bed was hard and the wifi didn’t work.

Disliked: Two single beds pushed together, not a king. Hotel is in poor state. Mug had large chip. Bath surface was damaged. Bathroom ceiling water damaged.
